A group of laid back nerdy gamers who try to not take the game too seriously (meaning we have lives outside of dnd). We meet every other Saturday (NE Portland) from 2pm to 10pm. We usually watch a movie or play some games from 2-4pm, 4-5 is eating time*, and then start the game from 5-ish to 10pm (wrap up around 945, solid end time of 10pm). So, if you only wanted to do 5-10pm, thats fine. I run an efficient and well organized campaign. We usually get a lot done in 5 hours. I am the DM and have about 20 years of tabletop RPG experience.

*We also do a mini campaign of about 1 hour, while we eat, once per month. The mini campaign is a mix of classic Traveller and Paranoia.

| What we are looking for: |

One or two players.
--Must be mature* and over 21.
--Skill level: Intermediate+. You understand saving throw, attack of opportunity, dc, etc.
--Reliable: able to commit to 2 Saturdays per month. Occasionally we may just do 1 per month if there's alot of holidays and stuff going on.
--Sociable: Yes, we meet twice a month to game. But, we also do other things on the off weekends. This group is comprised of friends. If you don't want to make new friends and only want to game, look elsewhere.

*Mature meaning that you aren't prone to antics that disrupt the flow of the group. Such antics include rules lawyers, arguing with everyone, stealing, drug abuse, not bathing, general douchebaggery, being inconsiderate, getting angry and ripping your character sheet up if your character dies...
