Introduction
Hi, my name is Andrew, and I'll be moving to Portland on June 4th. I'm looking to join a group playing 3/3.5 or 2nd but I right now only have my 3.5 books. Help finding my way on the bus or what have you would also be appreciated.
How long have you been gaming?
I started playing about 12 years ago, though the desire had been started much earlier. I haven't been continually playing though and with my recent gaming dry spell, I might be a bit rusty.
How many players do you prefer in your group?
4-6 is the average size of most groups I've played with in the past, but any size is fine by me.
What balance do you like to see in your game towards RP and Combat? 50-50? 70-30?
I prefer a 70 or greater ratio or role-playing to combat, but move gobo bashing is never a bad thing. More than any thing, I guess it just depends on the vibe of the group.
What is your favorite class in any system? Why?
I like to dabble in just about any class/race combo, however I am a bit better a playing fighters or paladins.
Tell everyone about YOUR current (or ideal) game.
It’s been almost two years since my last game, a small group run through of "The Shackled City", that I would welcome anything at this point.
