Classes?! When playing class based systems, I lean towards non-magical characters that live by their wits. So... usually thieves.
I'm currently testing the latest iteration of my own homebrew system which is very focused on participatory storytelling.

3 Session HoneyComb Engine Introduction
"I'm running a short HCE campaign starting this Thursday, the 5th of November. I'm not sure what genre the gamestory will be, as I'll be asking the players to challenge me to custom create a world specifically for them based on their input...."
"I'm running a small 3-session introductory campaign using the HoneyComb Engine. Our first meeting will be on Thursday the 5th of November. Exact location and time are still a bit up in the air and depend in part on how early folks can make it...."
"I think this is a great move! I work quite a bit with Wordpress, have built themes, and recently set up a phpBB mod that connects to WP. I've also tinkered with Drupal and several other message boards over the years...."
"No apologies needed! Particularly when you did such a good job of explaining what I mean.;-}) And you're right about the status quo, although there seems to be a niche audience very hungry for a system like this...."
"Jim, there's no PDF of the handbook for general distribution at this point. We will be selling a PDF once the handbook is finalized. Michelle, there's a LifeWheel character sheet PDF on the Downloads page towards the end of the handbook."
"The rough draft of the HoneyComb Engine handbook is now available online at www.honeycombengine.com. Any and all feedback on the clarity of the manual would be appreciated!..."
"I have last minute out of town guests and had completely forgotten that this was sneaking up on us already. I'm not going to be able to make it after all. Sorry about that. Hopefully you'll have plenty of GMs to go around!"
"If you still need another DM, I'd be happy to run something!"
Oregon Roleplayers for Charity....part two
"I'm definitely in to run a long campaign or two short ones for 3 to 6 people using the HoneyComb Engine. I'll likely have a copy or two of the new manual available for the raffle as well."
